Item matches description and met my expectations. The customer service was phenomenal. My package was lost to a mailing facility that frequently steals mail. Charlie and Co sent me a replacement to a separate address after attempting to retrieve the lost package. They were very clear with their communications throughout this process and were adamant that I would be a happy customer. The mailing issues were at fault of USPS and unrelated to Charlie and Co, but they still made things right. I cannot recommend them enough and any future jewelry I purchase will be with Charlie and Co.
