Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
To cancel or make any changes to your order, you would have to contact us before we start processing your order for shipping.
We typically ship your order within 1 - 2 business days since each item is made to order. However, some require 2 - 3 days, and custom designs up to 5 days. After shipping, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 5 - 7 business days.
- Free USPS Standard (2 - 5 days) on all orders within the United States.
- Free USPS Priority (1 - 3 Days) for orders over $450 and UPS Express (2 days) for orders over $850 (United States only).
- Signature & Insurance: Orders over $350 require a signature unless requested otherwise, and all orders are fully insured until delivered.
- Tracking - A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
- International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Based on our track record, most customers do not have to pay customs fees. However, customs policies vary by country. If fees do arise, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Yes — for security, orders over $350 require a signature upon delivery, unless you request otherwise. All orders are fully insured until they are safely delivered to you.

Returns And Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by either emailing us at sales@charlieandcojewelry.com or using our self-return portal: https://charlieandcojewelry.returnscenter.com/returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, usually $12. For your convenience, we will email you the return label and you can give the package to your mailman or drop it off at the USPS post office. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund minus the return cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not returnable.

We do not include a paper Certificate of Authenticity, but every piece is stamped with a “14K” hallmark to guarantee it is made of 100% 14k real gold — never plated or filled.
Some designs may be hollow or lightweight, but all are crafted from genuine 14k gold.

No. Since all of our items are genuine 14k gold, they will not tarnish or wear down like plated or filled pieces. With proper care, they’ll last a lifetime.
