What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?

To make any changes to your order, you would have to contact us before we start processing your order for shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically ship your order within three business days since each item is made to order. After shipping, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 5 - 7 business days.

Returns And Refunds

What if I don't like the product after receiving it?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing sales@charlieandcojewelry.com. Once we email you the return shipping label, you must ship the items back within 30 days from when you received the items.

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, usually between $10 - $12. For your convenience, we will email you the return label and you can give the package to your mailman or drop it off at the USPS post office. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund minus the return cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
