RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition.
• Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not returnable.

• A prepaid return label will be provided, and a flat fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund. If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, additional deductions may apply to your refund.
• Items must be dropped off with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the return label (tracking must show movement) to avoid a restocking fee. Due to gold price fluctuations and limited resale opportunities, items not shipped within this timeframe may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
