- Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (custom items up to 5 days).
- Shipping and Upgrades: Free USPS Standard (2–5 days) on all U.S. orders, with free Priority (1–3 days) on orders over $450 and UPS Express (2-Day) on orders over $850 (United States only).
- Signature & Insurance: Orders over $350 require signature; all shipments are fully insured and include tracking.
- International rates calculated at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not returnable.

- A prepaid return label will be provided, and a flat fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund. If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, additional deductions may apply to your refund.
- Items must be dropped off with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the return label (tracking must show movement) to avoid a restocking fee. Due to gold price fluctuations and limited resale opportunities, items not shipped within this timeframe may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
